Full Decontamination Wash

Your car gets a thorough foam wash followed by an iron fallout treatment and clay bar service. This strips out all the embedded grime, metal particles, and road contamination that a normal wash won't touch. The coating needs a clean surface to bond properly — this step is what makes it stick.

Paint Correction (where applicable)

Depending on your chosen tier, Brendan will machine polish the paint to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. Ceramic coating locks in whatever condition your paint is in, so we get it right before it goes on.

Panel Prep and Surface Wipe-Down

Every panel is wiped down with a panel wipe solution to remove any remaining polish oils or residue. This is the final step before coating — the paint needs to be completely clean and bare for the ceramic to bond at full strength.

Ceramic Coating Application

The coating is applied panel by panel using professional applicators and levelled off carefully. Brendan works in a controlled environment to ensure even coverage and no high spots. This is where the protection actually happens.

Cure Time and Final Inspection

The coating needs time to cure and harden before it's exposed to water or contaminants. Brendan does a full inspection under lighting to check coverage, then walks you through the aftercare so your coating lasts as long as possible.

We block out a set number of coating slots each month and fill them at a reduced rate so the bay isn't sitting empty. It's the same coating, the same prep and the same warranty as a full-price job — the only difference is that there are a limited number of them.

It depends on the tier and your vehicle's current condition. Essential Protection typically takes half a day. Pro Shield and Elite Armor, which include paint correction, can take a full day or be split across two days. You'll get a clear timeframe when you get your quote.
With proper maintenance, a professionally applied ceramic coating can last anywhere from two to five-plus years depending on the product and package used. It's not permanent, but it significantly outlasts any wax or spray sealant. How you wash the car and where it's stored will affect longevity.
Less than an uncoated car, which is part of the point. You'll want to wash the car regularly using a pH-neutral shampoo and the two-bucket method. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes — they'll scratch the coating over time. Brendan provides a full aftercare guide with every job so you know exactly what to do.
Warranty details vary by package and product. Brendan will go through what's covered when you get your quote. To keep any warranty valid, the coating needs to be properly maintained — that's covered in the aftercare guide you receive after the job.
